Training

The Fieldhouse will offer individual and group training sessions for all levels of athletes. Whether you need to introduce your first grader to the sport for the first time or polish the skills of your varsity level player the Fieldhouse will be your house for training. Each athlete will be individually evaluated in order to ascertain the appropriate level of training to begin with. A weekly workout plan will be developed so the athlete can continue to train on his/her own between training sessions.
